Head Guard is s a senior guard who acts as a supervisor in the absence of the later. Otherwise his functions are similar to that of a guard.
They are mostly young people from the civil who are imparted training, required in the performance of their duty. They function strictly as per the Standing Orders or the directions given by the Security Officer/Supervisor on behaf of the management. Guard's primary job is to protect Men and Material. This basic objective is achieved: • Through Gate control (entry/exit) points and by patrolling of parameters of the enterprise • By checking every unauthorized entry. • By observing, checking and reporting any matter that could affect the security of an enterprise.

We can design and conduct customized security programs for the clients to meet their specific requirements at their location or at Central TrainingnSchool headed by a professional officer from the Indian Army & Indian Police Services. The basic training in military drill is imparted and the bearing of row person is perfected. They are taught to put on uniform, how to stand at 'attention' and 'at ease' and to 'salute'. The person is then acquainted with the means, active & passive, that allow the conduct of activities within the organization without commotion. The entrants are taught to all guards and exercise various controls through physical search and maintenance of gate records/registers. They are also taught to check details of the entry/exist of people and materials. They are further trained to use their uniforms properly with a iew to enhance the prestige of the organization they are deputed to serve.
The Fim is manned by a team of highly motivated and knowledgeable Gunmen, Guards, Negotiators, Commandos, Economists and Financial experts who ensure that the nitty-gritty of foming special purpose methods for every large project, getting the right talent together and putting the agreement into motion, are all handled professionally. At the time of starting there were only 12 employees in our company, but now it has large number of skilled employees under its umbrella. We have the capacity to provide services to approximately 2,000 persons in terms of manpower, weapons and accessories, financial fundamentals. Around 35 supervisors are available in different locations to provide immediate services even on instructions on phone calls.
